10/10
I tell ya what, the gardens were just lovely! Had a little private terrace that was perfect for sittin’ with a glass of wine. The bed was super comfy, too. They made checkin’ so easy, right through my phone, which was nice. That clean, cozy vibe had me feelin' right at home. Just wish I coulda stayed longer!

Communication fell flat right off the bat, with no live person around to assist—just a delayed online chat. The room felt stuffy and warm, with an AC unit that struggled to keep up, leaving it uncomfortable. Walls are thin as bantha hide, letting in all the noise from neighboring rooms. No breakfast or snack options are available in-house, and you have to deal with self-check-in and check-out, which is just like staying at an Airbnb without any personal touch. The jetted tub’s keys were broken, which was a letdown.

Deep gratitude for the awesome hospitality during my stay. The Deluxe Queen Room had so much charm, and the in-room fireplace added a cozy touch. I loved the tranquil front and back gardens, perfect for relaxing. Communication with the hotel was excellent. they even reached out to see if we were celebrating anything special and surprised us with a bottle of wine. However, the contactless experience felt a bit odd to me since I enjoy interacting with staff. I only saw a house cleaner once in two nights, which made everything seem quiet and deserted at times. The small bathroom was expected for an older home, but I wished it had been a bit roomier. Late check-in and early check-out times also posed some minor inconveniences. Overall, I would return again for the charm and location.

But my room’s entry light was about as reliable as a diva at a rehearsal! Also, I felt like I was on a treasure hunt through the dust bunnies in the corners.
